LTVplus was founded in 2017 by David Henzel and GQ Fu with a simple mission: rid the world of bad customer experiences. We started with ecommerce brands, building customer service teams that actually cared about the end customer.

Then MSPs found us. They didn’t need chat agents — they needed Tier 2 engineers, NOC specialists, and security analysts. People who could troubleshoot complex network issues at 2 AM. People who would stay.

So we evolved. Today, under CEO Samir Said, LTVplus is the managed technical support partner for MSPs and technology companies worldwide. We don’t just send you people — we build, train, manage, and continuously improve dedicated technical teams.
