Why is there a management fee for smaller teams?
Every team is backed by an entire operational layer: QA analysts, workforce management, training & development, HR, IT security, and team leads. Managing one person takes nearly the same operational overhead as managing five. With larger teams, we can distribute those costs across more agents and pass the savings on to you.
What's included in the per-person rate?
Everything. A full-time dedicated specialist, QA oversight, workforce management, training, equipment, benefits, and white-label support under your brand. At Growth tier (3+), you also get backup staff. At Enterprise (10+), everything is dedicated including your team lead and trainer.
Is there a minimum contract?
Every engagement starts with a 3-month pilot. After that, you can scale up or down with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-ins.
Can I start with one person and scale up?
Absolutely. Most companies start with 1–2 specialists and grow as they see results. At 3 agents, the management fee is included in your per-person rate. At 10+, you get a fully dedicated operations team. The pricing is designed to reward growth.
Do you support my tools and systems?
Yes. Our specialists are trained on ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, Autotask, NinjaOne, HaloPSA, Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Aircall, Talkdesk, RingCentral, and more. They work inside your systems, white-labeled under your brand.
How is this different from staffing agencies?
Staffing agencies send you a resume. We send you a managed team. We handle QA, scheduling, training, performance management, and replacement. You get results, not headcount.

How does the success fee work?
One-time searches require a $500 retainer to start, which is credited toward your success fee. The success fee is a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary: 30% for one-time searches, or 15% with a Hiring Partnership membership. Membership clients pay no retainer.
What does the 90-day replacement guarantee cover?
If a hire doesn’t work out within the first 90 days for any reason, we’ll find you a replacement at no additional cost. One replacement per placement is included. You only pay the success fee once.
When does the membership pay for itself?
At 2 or more hires per year, the membership typically pays for itself through the lower 15% fee. You also get a dedicated recruiter, priority pipeline access, and salary benchmarking — which means faster, better-fit hires.
What's the difference between hiring and managed teams?
With Global Hiring, we recruit the talent and you manage them directly – they join your team as your employees or contractors. With a Managed Team, we recruit, hire, train, and manage the entire team for you. They work under your brand but we handle all operations. Choose hiring if you want control; choose managed if you want results without the management burden.
How long does a typical search take?
Most searches deliver a shortlist within 7–12 business days. For specialized or senior roles, it may take 2–3 weeks. Membership clients get priority pipeline access and faster turnaround.
